So it would match. (And I assume, the toilet is round, too. ^^) So imho the sink shoul fit in round-pattern. :-)Michellenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1327967732830777058.post-36104706472290443262011-01-23T18:04:32.467+07:002011-01-23T18:04:32.467+07:00No plumbing in medieval times. It felt down into the street (or was thrown out of the window) and the street cleaner collected it. - Reminds me of China: no shitting in the toilet (still today!).
yakie subject... sorry.- Susan -https://www.blogger.com/profile/00041505753618457001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1327967732830777058.post-36672352651120699622011-01-23T07:20:11.842+07:002011-01-23T07:20:11.842+07:00I do not know about the history of bathrooms in It...I do not know about the history of bathrooms in Italy (except for ancient Rome), but the finer medieval houses in rural England had the toilets in a projecting shed just like this. There was no plumbing of course, the waste just dropped. The Devoted Classicisthttp://tdclassicist.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1327967732830777058.post-72675597708986253022011-01-21T08:36:02.801+07:002011-01-21T08:36:02.801+07:00Dear Chania (Razmataz),

I know it from Thailand where you cannot regulate the water temperature (but it is a hot country, so the water is never ice cold). I think Angelo has installed cold and hot water.
In German "traditional" bathrooms we also do not have a bidet. But once you get used to one of these "cleaning machines" like a bidet (almost in every bathroom in France and Italy), a Turkish or Japanese WC (that includes the spray function) or those hoses with spray head (that are installed on the wall next to the toilet), you no longer want to miss one in your own bathroom.

For the sink, I also feel like a metal console could disturb when moving back and forwards around the toilet. It limits the moving space even more. Thanks for your input!- Susan -https://www.blogger.com/profile/00041505753618457001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1327967732830777058.post-15311329501405303342011-01-20T19:51:21.856+07:002011-01-20T19:51:21.856+07:00I like Sink 2, the Duravit wall mounted with no co...I like Sink 2, the Duravit wall mounted with no console.

I have never been to Asia and I am not sure what you mean by a hose beside the toilet. It is cold water drom the toilet, or do have to run a hot/cold line. Does it have a spray head? Here in Canada, hardly anyone had a bidet.Razmatazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02757164543598076420noreply@blogger.com
